Valentine's Day Card
Alright I will be the first to say it: I tried making
cards in the past and was not happy with the results. After speaking with a friend I decided to
give one more try and I am pretty proud of myself after completing the card
shown below.

Instructions:
1) I used card stock for both the white and pink print.
2) Using a Cuttlebug with a polka dot embossing sleeve to give the pink print texture.
The cut files:
3) Heart shape - Cricut cartridge "George and Basic Shapes" (size .75)
4) Envelope - Cricut cartridge "George and Basic Shapes" (size 3.50, Square with rounded edges)
4) Amore - French Manor cartridge (Size 1.50)
Assembly:
Once all the pieces have been cut and set a side I embossed the heart shapes to make them pop. Using double stick foam tape I adhered the pieces to the card stock.

Owls for a baby
I made this for a friend who just had a baby on Christmas
Day. I used owls because during her baby
shower she mentioned how her theme was owls but was not able to find
anything.
Created a banner with pennants giving each one a woodsy look
and added owls. The wall decorations are
made out of light weight balsam wood plaques, which I decoupage using a paper
that looked like a sky with puffy clouds. Sticking with the woodsy theme I used
some of the same elements as in the banner.
Drilled small holes in each corner and used ribbon for hanging the
plaques.
Really do hope that anyone that reads this enjoys trying to
recreate it. Happy Crafting.
Instructions:
Cut files: (Cricut Expression)
1) Branches - French Manor Cartridge
2) Flowers & Leaves - Flower Shoppe Cartridge
The Owls:
Miss Kate Cutables - Winter Owls (the file cost me 50 cents)
I don't have a Silhouette Cameo machine but what i love about Miss Kate Cutables is that she includes a JPG file which you can print and use scissors to cut it out which is what I did.
It is up to the individual person making this to choose the colors they want to incorporate into their creation. I was making this for a baby girl and choose to use more of the pinks and lilacs.
